Mitton Electronet Ltd was formed in April 2007 from a merger between Mitton Consulting Limited and the design office of Electronet Services Ltd.

The new company comprises over 22 professional electrical and hydro engineers and draughtspersons. The company specialises in electric power generation, transmission and distribution.
